Enrollment/Degree Verifications

Students may request enrollment verifications by completing an Enrollment Data Request form or through the National Student Clearinghouse. The National Student Clearinghouse is the quickest method for an enrollment verification. Students and third parties may also request a degree verification through the National Student Clearinghouse.

If using the PDF form above, the form must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar and will be processed within 3 business days. Enrollment verifications are typically utilized to verify enrollment for insurance purposes.
