Social and Behavioral Sciences Program

Student Learning Outcomes:

• ​PSLO 1: Recall theories, facts, methodologies, and research in the respective discipline. 
• PSLO 2: Recognize and evaluate ethical issues and situations.
• PSLO 3: Apply analytical reasoning skills to examine psychological or social problems and evaluate intervention/program outcomes. 
• PSLO 4: Create a paper or oral presentation to communicate effectively in forms appropriate to the discipline, individually and/or in groups.

GPA Requirement

All SBS majors need at least a 2.3 GPA to continue on their majors.

Exception: GPA's for the following majors:

• BA/MA - 3.3 GPA
• Psychology Accelerated Pre-OT Early Assurance - 3.75 GPA 
• Health Sciences OTA to MOT - 3.3 GPA 
• Psychology Pre -OT - 3.0 GPA
• Psychology Pre-OT Early Assurance - 3.3 GPA
