Students in the Deville School of Business, majoring in accounting, must earn a grade of C or higher in all required core accounting courses at the 300 level or above, along with maintaining an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Students pursuing an accounting major may attempt any required 300 level or higher accounting course a maximum of two times. Successful completion (passing) is defined as earning a grade of C or higher in the course. If a student does not successfully complete the course with a grade of C or higher within two attempts, the student will no longer be eligible to continue in the accounting major and will be required to select an alternative academic program.
